N Lf -> Rf 'High' L back stance While maintaing the same foot pattern as a back stance, your two feet will nearly be touching.
Do: L low forearm block (toward N)
N Lf forward L front stance Bring a R- 'arc hand' up in front of face and down into an arc-hand grasping block. 
The left open hand should augment at the right wrist.
N Rf --> R front kick, maintaining hand position.

Step Rf toward S
R back stance Two handed grasping block.  (As if you were grasping a stick, the L- open hand is above and in front of your face, while the R- is open and in front of the leading hip.)
S Shift/Slide toward S R fixed stance As you slide forward, grasp the imaginary stick with both hands and push the L hand downward while twisting both wrists.  Yell!  (Here, you are trying to take an assailant's stick/staff from him.)
S Jump into the air,

E Lf --> L side kick
E Drop Lf toward E L front stance R horizontal elbow strike into palm of left hand.
W Rf --> R side kick

S Continue rontating another 180* CCW as you land, so that you face S.
Without assuming any stance, crouch to the ground with the right foot in front of the left foot.  The left leg should be almost straight.  Your body should be crouched down so that your chest is almost parallel with the floor.  Your hands are also on the ground supporting your body weight.
S Stand up,
bring Rf -> Lf, then
