Direction (+) Move Stance Action
N -- Feet together
(chest-N)
Ready position.
N Rf toward E Horse stance
(chest-N)
Reach out with both hands upper leve, clench fists,
then pull both fists down to chamber position at hips so that you are doing:
Doulbe elbow strikes (behind you).  Slowly
N -- same as above Bring open hands up in front of face slowly.  Then,
push them out into open-hand wedge block (palms down), Slowly & Exhaling!
NW Shift Lf L front L low forearm block
NW Rf forward R front R middle straight punch
NE Rf toward NE R front R low forearm block
NE Lf forward L front L middle straight punch
N Rf toward N R back L open 'arc hand' above and in front of head,
R open 'arc hand' in front of hips.  This is a stick block, grabbing an opponent's weapon.
N -- same  Twist both forearms as you grasp the imaginary weapon and push both hands downward.
N Twist 180* to the left, maintaining hand positions, as if you were pulling the weapon
away from your opponent.
S Rf toward W Horse stance
(chest-S)
Reach out with both hands upper leve, clench fists,
then pull both fists down to chamber position at hips so that you are doing:
Doulbe elbow strikes (behind you).  Slowly
SE Lf toward SE L front L low forearm block
SE Rf forward R front R middle straight punch
SW Rf toward SW R front R low forearm block
SW Lf forward L front L middle straight punch
S Rf toward S R back L open 'arc hand' above and in front of head,

L horizontal hammer fist strike (toward N)
(R fist is chambered at hip)
N Rf --> R inward crescent kick (into the left palm)
N Drop Rf back L back stance Crossing the arms in front of you first,
Twin low forearm blocks (wedge blocks), palms down.
N -- same as above Simultaneously do:
R rising forearm block (toward E)
L middle outward forearm block (toward N)
N Rf forward R back stance Simultaneously do:
L rising forearm block (toward E)
R middle outward forearm block (toward N)
N Lf forward L front Twin low forearm blocks (wedge blocks), palms down
N Rf forwad R back Twin middle wedge blocks (palms up)
N Shift/Slide forward R back Twin upper-level upset punches, pulling the arms back slightly after full extension.
S 180* CCW L back L rising forearm block (R fist chambered at belt)
N 180* CCW Jumping off of the Lf, spin 180* CCW in the air, doing a R elbow strike into the L palm.
Yell!
N <Land> R back Twin middle knifehand guarding blocks.
N Rf backwards L back Twin middle knifehand guarding blocks.
N Lf -> Rf Feet together
