N -- Feet together
(chest-N)
Ready position.
N -- same as above Draw both open hands up in front of chest.
Next, push both open palms outward (toward both E & W) into outward palm blocks
Slowly & Exhaling!
Arms should be straing out to the sides, slight bend at the elbow, palms turned slightly forward.
N Rf forward R cat stance Middle level wedging blocks (palms face up)
Note: when moving into this stance, Rf should move in an inward semi-circle, 
not just straight into the stance.
N -- same as above R low single-finger attack (to the groin)
N Lf forward L cat stance Middle level wedging blocks (palms face up)
Note: Lf moves in an inward semi-circle, as above.

S Fall forward onto your R- knee and both hands.
From the ground, do a L roundhouse kick toward S.
(Your hip should be on the ground during the kick.)
S Drop the left knee to the ground and shift weight onto it.
Roll completely onto your left knee, supporting weight with both hands and hip.
Do a R roundhouse kick toward S.
N Horse stance
(chest-W)
Drop the Rf behind and beside the Lf.
Stand straight up from this position (chest should be facing W), pushing the Rf out into the stance.
Do: Outward palm blocks toward both N & S. 
Eyes look N.  Arms should be slightly bent at the elbows, palms facing slightly inward.
N Lf forward L back stance Simultaneously do:
L middle outward wrist/palm block (toward N)
R downward palm block behind you (toward S)
N Rf forward R back stance Simultaneously do:
R middle outward wrist/palm block (toward N)
L downward palm block behind you (toward S)
N Pivot feet R front stance L upper level ridgehand strike (to the temple)
N Lf --> L front kick
S 180* CW Crane stance Bring the Lf back to the R knee, pivoting 180* CW to face S.
Do: R upper level inward forearm block.(left fist chambered at hip)
S Drop Lf backward R front stance L middle reverse punch
N 180* CCW L front stance R upper level ridgehand strike
N Rf --> R front kick
S 180* CCW Crane stance Bring the Rf back to the L knee, pivotng 180* CCW to face S.
Do: L upper level inward forearm block (right fist chambered at hip)
S Drop Rf backward L front stance R middle reverse punch
S Lf -> Rf Feet together
(Chest-S)
Twin low forearm blocks out to the sides (E&W)
SLowly & Exhaling!
SE Lf toward SE Raise the left palm in the air as the right palm is slowly lowered.
(This is simply an intermidate step on the way to the next technique.)
SE Rf toward SE R front As you move push the left palm down and raise the right palm high.
Then, do a R- low straight punch
NW Lf 180* CCW L front L low forearm block (also could be applied as a downward punch)
SE Rf 180* CW R front R low forearm block (also could be applied as a downward punch)
NW Lf 180* CCW  L back L middle outward knifehand block. (R fist chambered at hip)
Slowly & Exhaling!
NW Shift feet L front Middle level palm-heel scissor block.
(Maintaining the L hand's previous position, bring the R palm-heel upward to meet the L palm.
Both palms should touch one another.)
NW Rf --> Grasp your opponent's technique with the previous block,
Then, do a R downward thrust (side) kick (as if to break a knee).
Yell!
As you drop your kicking leg forward (toward NW) do a L middle reverse punch.
NW Drop Rf forward R front As your weight lands, quickly do a R middle straight punch.
S Rf CCW toward S Horse stance
(chest-E)
Bring the R arm around in an arcing/sweeping motion in front of the body,
swinging it down into a R low forearm block.
N -- Horse stance

L upper level ridgehand block
S Lf CW toward S Horse stance
(chest-W)
L lower level knifehand block  (R fist chambered at hip)
N -- Horse stance

R upper level ridgehand block
N -- same as above L middle reverse punch
S 180* CCW L back stance L middle outward knifeand block (R fist chambered at hip)
Slowly & Exhaling!
S Rf --> R inward crescent kick into the L palm
N -- <mid-air> Without dropping the R foot, jump into the air, continuing spinning 360* CCW.
In the air, do a L back thrust (side) kick toward N.
S Land on the Rf with your chest facing S.  Place the Lf behind you, leg almost straight.
Crouch down as far as you can, balancing yourself on both hands as you do so.
S Lf forward Standing up on both feet, begin moving forward and do:
L outward & downward palm-heel block.  (R palm is open in front R shoulder.)
Note: this is an intermediate movement on the way to landing in the following stance.
S Lf continues forward L cat stance Simultaneously do:
L lower level palm heel strike
R upper level palm heel strike
S Rf forward As you begin moving forward do:
R outward & downward palm-heel block.  (L palm is open in front of L shoulder)
As bove, this is an intermediate movement.
S Rf continues forward R cat stance Simultaneously do:
R lower level palm heel strike
L upper level palm heel strike
N 180* CCW L front stance L rising forearm block
N -- same as above R middle reverse punch.  Yell!
N Lf -> Rf Feet together
(chest-N)
Bring both fists down into low forearm blocks out to the sides (E&W)
N -- same as above Ready position.
