S Turning CW 180*,
Rf -> Lf
Feet together

Bring both hands up and outward above your head,
then pull them down into a double elbow strike behind you (toward N)
Slowly & Exhaling!
S Rf forward R cat U punch.  (R fist is upper leve, L fist is middle level)
S Crane Pull the right leg in tight against the body as you simultaneously pull
both fists in front of the chest as if you were doing a wedge block.
(Backs of hands should face the opponent.)
S Rf forward R front stance Middle level wedge blocks (palms down)
Slowly & Exhaling!
SE Lf toward SE L front stance L rising forearm block
SE -- same as above R upward elbow strike (L fist chambered at hip)
W Rf toward W Horse stance

R middle outward knifehand block
W Rf --> R side kick
W Drop Rf into.. Horse stance

L middle reverse punch
E -- same as above L middle outward knifehand block

then, Rf toward SE
R back stance Simultaneously do:
L upper palm heel thrust
R middle level palm heel thrust
(this is sort of like a U-punch, but with open palms)
NW Pivot 180* on both feet L front stance Simultaneously do:
R high ridgehand strke (toward NW)
L downward palm-heel strike (behind you, SE)
NW Rf -> Lf Feet together
(chest-NW)
Bring the back of the left hand strongly into the right palm,
making a slapping sound.  Yell!
NW Lf backward R front stance SImultaneously do:
L downward tiger-mouth pressing block
R downward tiger-mouth prssing strike
(Arms will be slightly crossed, sort of like a downward X-block)
NW -- R front stance Quickly follow the last technique with,
Downward U Punch (R fist above the L one)
SE 180* CCW L back stance L middle outward open backhand block
Slowly & Exhaling!
SE Rf forward Horse stance
(chest-NE)
R upward elbow strike (L fist chambered at hip)
SE Pivot on both feet L middle reverse punch, bringin right fist to left shoulder to block.
SE Pivot on both feet Horse stance

R low forearm block
NW CW 180* L back stance L middle outward open backhand block

SW Rf forward Horse stance

R horizontal elbow strike into the L open hand
SW -- same as above R low forearm block (keeping the L open hand at the right elbow)
SW Lf toward SW L back stance L middle outward open backhand block

R upward elbow strike (L fist chambered at hip)
SW Pivot on both feet L middle reverse punch, bringin right fist to left shoulder to block.

Bring both hands up and outward above your head,
then pull them down into a double elbow strike behind you (toward S)

Yell!
N Rf forward R cat R downward, inward palm-heel block (bringing the left open palm upward).
Slowly & Exhaling!
N Rf forward R front stance Simultaneously do:
